20 bgs (1,100 lbs of the GW Organic Pilsen)
2 bgs (100 lbs Briess Organic Chocolate Malt)
2 bgs (100 lbs GW Organic Munich Malt)
2 bgs (100 lbs GW Organic C-60 *C for Crystal* Malt)
= 26 bags / 1,400 lbs total on a 15BBL system

7 lbs Sterling hops will be added to the boil (no dry hop additions)

15 gallons of Cholaca’s pure liquid cacao (3 x 5 gallon buckets)
