Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Gluten Free Flour
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sweet Cholaca
- 1 Large Egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Cholaca Wafers
- pinch salt
- 1 scoop Coffee Ice Cream
- strawberries optional

Instructions
- Into a bowl or using a blender – mix together all of the ingredients until well combined
- Pour into a coffee mug and cook on high for 3 minutes
- Cut a hole through the middle of the cake and pour in a scoop or two of coffee ice cream
- Add some strawberries to the top
- Eat and enjoy with a large spoon
