Cholaca Cherry Chocolatini

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Cholaca Pure Liquid Cacao
  • 2 oz Pure Organic Sweet Cherry Juice
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz RumChata Cinnamon Liqueur
  • 2 oz Coconut Milk (or 2 ounce blend of organic cream & milk)
  • 2 Rolled Cinnamon Sticks For Garnish
  • 4-6 Brandied Cherries (or plain cherries)
  • Garnish Picks/Skewers
Equipment Needed
  • 2 Stemmed Glasses
  • Mixing glass & shaker tin
  • Standard cocktail strainer
  • BarBack Beverage multi-tool (or a veggie peeler)

Instructions
  1. Pour Cholaca into mixing glass with all the liquid ingredients, add ice.
  2. Cap glass with shaker tin and shake vigorously for 60 seconds (this is important). Strain mixture using a standard cocktail strainer into the chilled martini glasses. The result will be two cold, creamy, frothy and delicious Cholaca Cherry Chocolatinis.
  3. To finish, place cherries and cinnamon sticks on garnish picks and rest them upon the rims of the martini glasses. To make it with extra love, shave some cinnamon dust over top of the drinks using a BarBack peeler tool (or a standard veggie peeler). This recipe makes 2 servings. Enjoy!
