- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 prunes
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 oz Cholaca original pure liquid cacao
- 1 tsp Natvia or sweetener of your choice

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor until well combined, and then hand knead them together.
- With parchment paper, spread mixture to roughly 1.5 cm tall.
- Wrap tightly in baking paper and freeze for 1 hour.
- Cut into 4 pieces.
- *Store in freezer wrapped tightly in parchment paper **Double the recipe to make double serving amounts
