Cholaca Chia Love Bars

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 prunes
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 oz Cholaca original pure liquid cacao
  • 1 tsp Natvia or sweetener of your choice

  • 12 prunes
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 oz Cholaca original pure liquid cacao
  • 1 tsp Natvia or sweetener of your choice
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor until well combined, and then hand knead them together.
  2. With parchment paper, spread mixture to roughly 1.5 cm tall.
  3. Wrap tightly in baking paper and freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 4 pieces.
  5. *Store in freezer wrapped tightly in parchment paper **Double the recipe to make double serving amounts
