High Altitude Cholaca Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Cholaca Wafers chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Cholaca Wafers chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix Butter, Brown Sugar, and White Sugar together until smooth
  3. Add Eggs, Vanilla, Salt, and Flour then mix together
  4. Gradually mix in Cholaca wafers until batter is consistent
  5. On an ungreased cookie sheet roll ball of dough and place 2” apart
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes
  8. Enjoy!!!
