Cholaca Orange Lemon Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 seedless orange peeled
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder chocolate or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Cholaca any kind
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 or 2 handfuls ice
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
