Cholaca Pretzel Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  • 4 cups stale pretzels diced
  • 3 large Egg yolks
  • 2 large eggs, whole
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup Cholaca original pure liquid cacao

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup Cholaca original pure liquid cacao
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except pretzels and chocolate chunks. Pour liquid over diced pretzels, let sit for 30 minutes until pretzels have soaked up half the liquid. Stir in chocolate chunks. Place in greased casserole pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
