Cholaca “Red Velvet Lover” Martini

  • 1 1/2 oz Cholaca Pure Liquid Cacao
  • 2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 1 oz Tito's Gluten Free, Handmade Vodka
  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 1 frozen strawberry
  • 4 oz organic half-n-half cream (half heavy cream & half milk)
  • 1 small piece of organic dark chocolate
  • ice

  • Standard cocktail strainer and fine screen strainer

  • Standard cocktail strainer and fine screen strainer

Instructions
  1. Place Martini glass in freezer for 10 minutes. Then, Muddle Cholaca and raspberries together in a mixing glass until berries are completely smashed.
  2. Add Baileys, Frangelico, Tito’s and 1 ounce of cream to glass, and shake vigorously for 60 seconds, this is important. “Double Strain” using a standard cocktail strainer and a fine screened strainer to pour mixture into the chilled martini glass. The fine screen strainer may need to be rinsed in between 2 pours to filter out the raspberry pulp.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk the remainder of the cream for several minutes until it becomes a light, fluffy whipped cream topping. Carefully place one dollop atop of one ice cube for a floating garnish.
  4. Using your garnish knife, cut a shallow slice in the strawberry and place decoratively on the rim of the glass. Lastly, use your zester to shave some chocolate sprinkle over the entire top surface of the cocktail. Enjoy!
