Ingredients
Healthy frozen banana coconut yogurt
- 1 banana frozen or fresh
- 1 cup So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt
- dash cinnamon
- Cholaca optional
Cholaca roasted sweet potatoes
- 2 sweet potatoes or yams
- 2 oz Cholaca
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- cinnamon

Instructions
Healthy frozen banana coconut yogurt
- Blend banana, yogurt and cinnamon together
- Pour into bowl and freeze for at least 2 hours if using a fresh banana, 1 hour if using frozen
Cholaca roasted sweet potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into 1/4 inch chunks
- Melt coconut oil into baking pan, add yams then drizzle Cholaca
- Once all pieces are evenly coated, spread across the pan and sprinkle cinnnamon
- Bake 45 mins
Final Step
- Cover roasted sweet potatoes with banana coconut frozen yogurt and top with the following (Optional): • Sliced banana • Door Country Love Paleo granola (TRY it, amazing mix of natural power proteins) • Unsweetened coconut shreds • Honey • Shredded Cacao
