Healthy frozen banana coconut yogurt
  • 1 banana frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt
  • dash cinnamon
  • Cholaca optional

  • 2 sweet potatoes or yams
  • 2 oz Cholaca
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • cinnamon

Cholaca roasted sweet potatoes
  • 2 sweet potatoes or yams
  • 2 oz Cholaca
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • cinnamon
Instructions
Healthy frozen banana coconut yogurt
  1. Blend banana, yogurt and cinnamon together
  2. Pour into bowl and freeze for at least 2 hours if using a fresh banana, 1 hour if using frozen
Cholaca roasted sweet potatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into 1/4 inch chunks
  3. Melt coconut oil into baking pan, add yams then drizzle Cholaca
  4. Once all pieces are evenly coated, spread across the pan and sprinkle cinnnamon
  5. Bake 45 mins
Final Step
  1. Cover roasted sweet potatoes with banana coconut frozen yogurt and top with the following (Optional): • Sliced banana • Door Country Love Paleo granola (TRY it, amazing mix of natural power proteins) • Unsweetened coconut shreds • Honey • Shredded Cacao
