Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk almond, coconut, hemp, raw
  • 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a mix
  • 1/4 cup liquid Cholaca
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or chia seed gel
  • 4 Cholaca Wafers
  • dash sea salt
  • little honey, stevia or maple syrup to sweeten optional
Add-ons
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into blender
  2. Blend together for 30-45 seconds
  3. Pour and enjoy!
