- 2 cups Pumpkin Puree 1 15 oz can
- 1/2 cup Cholaca
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- dash cinnamon
- pinch Nutmeg
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- Pecans
- Small Marshmallows

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl – add in the pumpkin, cholaca, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and stir together. Gradually add in the milk until you get a good consistency. Finally add in the maple syrup.
- Next, pour the ingredients from the bowl into a blender or food processor and blend on low for 45 seconds. Distribute the mix into small bowls or ramekins and refrigerate for at least two hours (optional: overnight).
- Remove bowls from fridge and top with crushed pecans and marshmallows. Serve and enjoy as a healthy thanksgiving dessert!
