3 Minute Cholaca Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  • 4tbsp Gluten Free Flour
  • 5tbsp Sugar
  • 2tbsp Sweet Cholaca
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3tbsp milk
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 3tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4cup Cholaca Wafers
  • pinch salt
  • 1scoop Coffee Ice Cream
  • strawberriesoptional
Instructions
  1. Into a bowl or using a blender – mix together all of the ingredients until well combined
  2. Pour into a coffee mug and cook on high for 3 minutes
  3. Cut a hole through the middle of the cake and pour in a scoop or two of coffee ice cream
  4. Add some strawberries to the top
  5. Eat and enjoy with a large spoon
