Cholaca Chia Love Bars
  • 1/2cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 prunes
  • 1/2tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2cup chopped almonds
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1oz Cholaca original pure liquid cacao
  • 1tsp Natvia or sweetener of your choice
  1. Combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor until well combined, and then hand knead them together.
  2. With parchment paper, spread mixture to roughly 1.5 cm tall.
  3. Wrap tightly in baking paper and freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 4 pieces.
