Cholaca Colada – Frozen Mocktail

  • 3 oz Cholaca Pure Liquid Cacao
  • 1 oz organic coconut milk
  • 1 whole fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup freshly sliced pineapple chunks no skin
  • 1 neatly sliced pineapple triangle with skin

  • Blender and a 16-to-20 ounce cold drinking glass or large cup.

  • 1 oz organic coconut milk
  • 1 whole fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup freshly sliced pineapple chunks no skin
  • 1 neatly sliced pineapple triangle with skin
  • ice
Equipment Needed
  • Blender and a 16-to-20 ounce cold drinking glass or large cup.
  • BarBack Beverage multi-tool or a sharp garnish knife
Instructions
  1. Using your garnish knife, carefully slice a long, length-wise wedge from about 1/8th of the pineapple. Then slice one small, triangular shaped piece from the wedge and set it aside. After cutting off the skin, slice the remainder of the pineapple into 1 inch chunks.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients to blender container.
  3. Add one full cup of pineapple chunks (with no skin) to the blender.
  4. Add about one cup of ice; stir/swirl the mixture several times then blend on high power until smooth. Pour into a cold glass.
  5. Decoratively place the pineapple triangle (with skin) on rim of glass for a delicious and beautiful edible garnish.
  6. Enjoy your vitamin and nutrient packed frozen Cholaca drink!
