Cholaca Fudge Sundae
  • 8oz bittersweet cholaca chopped wafers
  • 1/2cup very strong black coffee
  • 3tbsp salted butter, cut into pieces
  • 4tbsp heavy cream(three turns around the pan)
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1pint chocolate ice cream
Suggested Garnishes
  • chopped peanuts
  • whipped cream
  • maraschino cherries
  1. In a heavy saucepan over medium low heat melt the cholaca wafers and the coffee
  2. Once melted remove pan from heat and stir in the butter, cream, and cinnamon.
  3. Scoop ice cream into serving dishes top with sauce and toppings of your choice
