- 1 scoop protein powder chocolate or vanilla
- 2 tbsp Cholaca any kind
- 1 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 or 2 handfuls ice
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
