Cholaca Orange Lemon Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 seedless orange peeled
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1scoop protein powderchocolate or vanilla
  • 2tbsp Cholacaany kind
  • 1tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1 or 2handfuls ice
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and puree until blended to your liking. Enjoy!
