Cholaca Pretzel Bread Pudding
  • 4cups stale pretzelsdiced
  • 3large Egg yolks
  • 2large eggs, whole
  • 3/4cup 2% milk
  • 3/4cup heavy cream
  • 2tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1/2cup Cholaca original pure liquid cacao
  1. Mix all ingredients except pretzels and chocolate chunks. Pour liquid over diced pretzels, let sit for 30 minutes until pretzels have soaked up half the liquid. Stir in chocolate chunks. Place in greased casserole pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
