Cholaca Sauteed Beet and Peach Salad
Ingredients
  • 3 tricolor beets
  • 1/2cup Arugula
  • 1 white peach
  • 1 yellow peach
  • 2tbps goat cheesehoney goat cheese preferred
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2tbps apple cider vinegar
  • 2tbps Cholaca
Instructions
  1. Peel, boil and slice beets
  2. Sautee onions in 1 tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp Cholaca for approx 7 mins on med/low
  3. Slice peaches and toss with beets with apple cider vinegar
  4. Top arugula with peachs, beets, onions and goat cheese
