Cholaca Shamrock Superfood Bowl

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Cholaca
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 1 tsp flax powder
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • 2 servings organic pea vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2-2/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves about 20-30 leaves
  • 1 tsp agave
Toppings
  • sliced pear
  • sliced banana
  • Cholaca roasted coconut flakes
  • hemp seeds
  • Purely Elizabeth ancient gran granola
  • A few mint leaves

Instructions
  1. In a small cup or bowl mix 1/4 cup coconut flakes with about 1 TSP Cholaca, place on tinfoil and in toaster oven or oven for about 1 min
  2. Blend all smoothie ingredients until completely blended. Should be thick and creamy (add more milk if experiencing difficult blending, and add a few more ice cubes if smoothie is not thick enough)
  3. Top and enjoy!
