Ingredients
- 2 oz Cholaca
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 1 tsp flax powder
- 1 tbsp Maca powder
- 2 servings organic pea vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop spirulina powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2-2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves about 20-30 leaves
- 1 tsp agave
Toppings
- sliced pear
- sliced banana
- Cholaca roasted coconut flakes
- hemp seeds
- Purely Elizabeth ancient gran granola
- A few mint leaves

Instructions
- In a small cup or bowl mix 1/4 cup coconut flakes with about 1 TSP Cholaca, place on tinfoil and in toaster oven or oven for about 1 min
- Blend all smoothie ingredients until completely blended. Should be thick and creamy (add more milk if experiencing difficult blending, and add a few more ice cubes if smoothie is not thick enough)
- Top and enjoy!
