- 1 cup milk almond, coconut, hemp, raw
- 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a mix
- 1/4 cup liquid Cholaca
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or chia seed gel
- 4 Cholaca Wafers
- dash sea salt
- little honey, stevia or maple syrup to sweeten optional
Add-ons
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
