Ingredients
  • 1cup milkalmond, coconut, hemp, raw
  • 1medium bananafresh or frozen
  • 1/2cup berriesfresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a mix
  • 1/4cup liquid Cholaca
  • 1tbsp chia seeds or chia seed gel
  • 4 Cholaca Wafers
  • dash sea salt
  • little honey, stevia or maple syrup to sweetenoptional
Add-ons
  • 1/2tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 1serving chocolate protein powder
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into blender
  2. Blend together for 30-45 seconds
  3. Pour and enjoy!
