Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup dates pitted
- 2 servings collagen powder
- 1 serving vegan pea protein powder
- 2 oz Cholaca
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries unsweetened
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Maca powder
- 1/2 cup dried coconut shreds no sugar added
- 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or pan with waxed paper
- Combine all ingredients together into a food processor or blender with 'S' shaped blade attachment for food processing
- After a few minutes a soft dough should form
- Scoop dough out of blender and spread evenly into pan or onto sheet with spatula
- Place another sheet of wax paper on top and even with rolling pin or spatula
- Remove top wax paper sheet, if used, and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before enjoying, or freeze for ~30 min to enjoy right away
