Grab-and-Go Cholaca Energy Bar
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cup datespitted
  • 2servings collagen powder
  • 1serving vegan pea protein powder
  • 2oz Cholaca
  • 1/2cup Dried cranberriesunsweetened
  • 1tbsp flax meal
  • 1 1/2tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp Maca powder
  • 1/2cup dried coconut shredsno sugar added
  • 2tbsp sunflower seed butter
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet or pan with waxed paper
  2. Combine all ingredients together into a food processor or blender with ‘S’ shaped blade attachment for food processing
  3. After a few minutes a soft dough should form
  4. Scoop dough out of blender and spread evenly into pan or onto sheet with spatula
  5. Place another sheet of wax paper on top and even with rolling pin or spatula
  6. Remove top wax paper sheet, if used, and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before enjoying, or freeze for ~30 min to enjoy right away
