- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 serving Vanilla (or Chocolate) pea protein powder
- 2 oz original Cholaca
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk + splash of water as needed to blend
Toppings
- sliced banana
- 1/4 cup granola recommend Purely Elizabeth or KIND for added whole superfood grains
- chia seeds
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- sliced cherries
- drizzle of honey
