Vegan Cholaca Fudge
  • 1 3/4cup Sugar
  • 1/2cup vegan margarine
  • 7tbsp evaporated coconut milkplus 2 tbs for marshmallow creme
  • 8oz Cholaca pure cacao wafers
  • 4oz vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  1. Begin by melting the marshmallows and a few splashes of evaporated coconut milk in a double boiler until a creamy consistency forms. Remove from heat and begin making the fudge mixture.
  2. For the fudge mixture combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy saucepan and bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, and continue stirring. Remove from heat and add chocolate wafers and stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla and transfer to a bowl, beating the mixture until blended. 3. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Chill the fudge in the fridge until it hardens, then cut into squares and enjoy!
